How We Started
At My Phone Pal, we believe that everyone should feel confident using their smartphone — not just the younger generation. We’re a team of tech-savvy guides with years of experience working in the mobile industry at companies like AT&T and Consumer Cellular. Over time, we saw the same pattern again and again: people were spending hundreds of dollars on powerful smartphones, but only using a small fraction of what those devices could do.
Many of our clients — especially those 55 and older — felt overwhelmed, confused, or even embarrassed asking for help. That’s why we created My Phone Pal: to offer friendly, judgment-free support that empowers people to use their phones with confidence, ease, and independence.
We specialize in one-on-one smartphone lessons that are tailored to each person’s pace and needs. Whether it’s learning how to text, video chat with family, organize photos, order groceries, or navigate online banking — we walk with you, step by step, until you feel comfortable.
We don’t believe in rushing. We believe in patience, clarity, and practical learning. Our goal is to replace tech frustration with tech freedom — helping our clients stay connected, informed, and independent in today’s digital world.
